Delivery of goods is provided by services of the Czech Post, the goods are delivered by registered mail.
International postage (except Slovakia)
Collect on delivery mail is not possible internationally; the only option is a noncash transaction through PayPal. Postage and packing is 350 CZK.
Payments are accepted only in the Czech currency.
All prices are stated inclusive of VAT.
The tax document is shipped together with the order and forms a part thereof.
In case the ordered goods are not in stock or your order has not been properly completed, you will be notified by e-mail based on information provided in your customer account – please, always fill in correct information.

As it is not currently possible to ship goods abroad through collect on delivery, it is necessary to pay for the ordered goods in advance through the PayPal payment system. Here, you can pay the amount either from your account created at PayPal or directly with your payment card. After that, the ordered goods will be delivered to you by registered mail. If you ordered MP3, you will be able to download the songs immediately after payment has been made. When the goods are delivered by mail, you should be aware of the postage of 350 CZK. All transactions (including new member registration) are processed through the SSL secured connection; therefore, you do not have to be concerned about a misuse of your personal data or your payment card.
